Manifest is a Sales Company. It represents over 50 overseas companies in Hong Kong, Macau and around the Asia-Pacific Region (see Partner Companies). The Company has a team of dedicated sales professionals that operate at all levels of the security industry in Hong Kong and Macau; to include most Government Departments, Private Industry and with Professional Services Companies.

Manifest stands by the products it sells. The Company operates 3 fully equipped workshops (one in Wanchai Company HQ, one at Hong Kong International Airport Super Terminal 1 and one at Hong Kong International Airport-airside), staffed by fully trained, professional service technicians. Most of the products carried by Manifest are serviced and maintained in Hong Kong. Spare parts for these products are also held locally.

Manifest is a Solution Provider. It has capability to integrate multiple products and product lines into a solution. With its workshops, experience and other resources, the Company is able to fabricate, build and/or source components to facilitate any integration or installation challenge.

Manifest is Service Orientated. The Company has a multilingual staff to facilitate communications with both its customers locally and with overseas partners. The Company also operates a 24/365 service hotline for on-the-line service assistance and urgent call-out maintenance service.

Manifest is a Trainer. The Company has done and is involved in ongoing training of customers/users of the products it sells. This training ranges from introduction training on new products to refresher or advanced training on existing equipment installations. Training is conducted by both qualified Company staff and overseas product/subject experts (depending on requirement).
