Manifest Overseas Limited
Manifest Marketing Ltd. (MML) has added a subsidiary company and holds a majority share of Manifest Overseas Limited (a Hong Kong registered limited liability corporation.). MOL spearheads Manifest’s geographic expansion to markets outside of Hong Kong and Macau. It’s first primary area of focus in the Philippines where it has launched Celadon Environmental, Inc based in Manila. MOL is also examining its options in Indonesia, Vietnam and other SE Asia nations. |

MML and MOL launched and hold a controlling share of Celadon Environmental, Inc. (a Philippines registered corporation). Celadon is based in Manila where it is developing and building the Celadon brand of LED lighting products along with other forms of innovative, high-tech and energy saving lighting solutions while also delving into related energy savings technologies for business-to-business applications. |
